Anthropic expects to achieve adjusted operating profit for the second consecutive quarter. The company reports that its profit margin, excluding costs for cloud partners and AI model training, currently exceeds 80 percent.

In the second quarter, the startup recorded a 14-fold year-over-year revenue increase to $11.5 billion. By the end of July, the company's annualized revenue reached $65 billion, compared to $9 billion at the end of the previous year.

Analysts project the company will close the current year with an annualized revenue of $120 billion, with expectations for this figure to nearly triple by the end of the following year.

The company is preparing for an IPO on the Nasdaq exchange and aims to reach a valuation of $2 trillion. Anthropic has begun sharing financial documents with a select group of investors ahead of a broader public disclosure.
