Anthropic and AI infrastructure firm Nscale are reportedly negotiating a second compute agreement valued at $45 billion. This potential contract follows a similar deal announced by the two companies just over a month ago.
Sources familiar with the situation indicate that discussions are ongoing and terms remain subject to change. This move aligns with Anthropic's recent strategy of securing multiple large-scale compute partnerships over the past year.
Both companies are currently preparing for initial public offerings. While Anthropic maintains plans to go public within the current year, Nscale faces challenges regarding its proposed valuation of $30 billion amid investor pushback.
