Alphabet has reportedly acquired approximately 3 million shares of Qualcomm, according to a recent post on X. The stake is valued at $548 million.

The company's previous 13F filing for the quarter ending June 30, 2026, which was submitted on August 7, 2026, did not list any Qualcomm holdings. That report detailed 28 positions with a total value of $99.08 billion.

The August filing was heavily concentrated in SpaceX, which accounted for nearly 95% of the reported portfolio. Other assets included holdings in Arm Holdings and Planet Labs.

Institutional investment managers are required to submit 13F forms if they oversee more than $100 million in assets. These filings cover US equity holdings.

Investors are awaiting the next quarterly report for the period ending September 30, 2026, to confirm the Qualcomm position. Current records indicate that Qualcomm holds Alphabet Class C shares, rather than the reverse.
