Alibaba has introduced a new Fast mode for its Qoder platform, now available on desktop version 0.4.4 and later. The feature is accessible to both individual and enterprise users across the Chinese and international versions of the service.
The Fast mode significantly improves performance metrics compared to previous iterations. The initial response time has been reduced from 8 seconds to 3 seconds. Additionally, the consumption of credits has decreased from 1.1x to 0.8x, representing a reduction of approximately 27%.
In terms of comparative speed, the Fast mode's initial response time is less than one-third of the Auto mode and about one-quarter of the international Ultimate mode. Users of the previous Performance mode on the international version have been automatically migrated to the new setting.
Internal testing conducted by the company across 10 common developer tasks indicates that Qoder Fast completes responses significantly faster than competitors. The company reports that its tool is three times faster than similar domestic products and four times faster than international alternatives.
