Akash Network voters have officially approved a proposal to transition the blockchain from the Cosmos ecosystem to Solana. The decision aims to optimize operational expenses and broaden the project's user base.
The current network, known as akashnet-2, will remain operational while the team conducts necessary technical audits. The approved proposal authorizes the migration path and outlines the potential for a 1:1 SPL-token launch.
