Agile Space Industries has appointed Jonathan Baliff to its Board of Directors. Baliff, a former U.S. Air Force aviator and engineer, currently serves as an operating partner at Genesis Park. He previously held leadership roles at Redwire Corporation, Bristow Group, NRG Energy, and Credit Suisse.
Theo Squires has joined the company as Director of Strategy and Corporate Development. Squires is a former intelligence officer in the Royal Australian Navy and a former consultant at Boston Consulting Group. His role focuses on capital formation, strategic investments, and potential technology acquisitions.
The company is currently participating in the SpaceWERX Strategic Funding Increase program. This initiative supports the expansion of Agile’s production capacity for complete propulsion subsystems intended for commercial and national security space missions.
As part of these corporate changes, board member Tom Rubin is stepping down from his position. He will continue to support Agile Space Industries in an advisory capacity, providing institutional knowledge and legal counsel as the company scales its operations.
