Aeroflot has launched a new production management system called the Unified Production Platform, based on Ops Dynamics software. This solution replaces various foreign IT products and integrates flight planning, scheduling, and execution processes into a single environment.

The software was developed by the Russian company Centurion-Innovations. It eliminates the need for multiple disparate systems, reducing time losses by enabling seamless data exchange between different functional modules.

The platform currently consists of three main blocks: flight schedule and slot coordination, daily flight plan management, and passenger connection support. The latter is scheduled for launch in late October 2026.

The system automates end-to-end business processes, including seasonal scheduling and coordination with airports. While some tasks currently operate in a semi-automatic mode, the company plans to achieve full automation of these processes in the future.
