Over the past year, Aeroexpress recorded more than 8,000 installations of its PWA application. The service allows passengers to store tickets for trains and express buses directly on their mobile devices, providing offline access to travel documents.
Data from the company shows that Android users accounted for over 4,600 installations, while iOS users contributed approximately 3,600. The peak in user adoption occurred in June 2026, with about 2,000 installations recorded during that month.
The PWA solution does not require downloads from traditional app stores. Users can install it directly from the company website by adding a shortcut to their home screen. The application is designed to occupy minimal storage space and reduce system load.
