Accenture has completed the acquisition of Sagacity, a London-based company specializing in data and customer intelligence. Founded in 2005, the firm focuses on helping organizations with large customer bases navigate complex interactions and translate data insights into actionable business outcomes.
The deal integrates Sagacity’s proprietary data assets and AI-driven technology into Accenture’s existing service portfolio. A team of over 140 professionals from Sagacity will join Accenture to support the development of unified, outcome-focused programs for clients.
According to Accenture, the acquisition aims to meet rising demand for services that bridge the gap between data, artificial intelligence, and operational infrastructure. The partnership is designed to enable companies to deliver more personalized customer experiences at scale.
Anita Dougall, CEO and co-founder of Sagacity, stated that the move allows the firm to leverage Accenture’s global scale to increase the impact of its technology and expertise. The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed by either party.
