3Logic Group reports that the global demand for AI infrastructure continues to drive component shortages and price volatility. Experts anticipate that pressure on the costs of memory, GPUs, and server components will persist throughout 2027 due to the ongoing construction of data centers.

The memory and storage market is experiencing a new wave of price increases, with suppliers reporting hikes of 10–30% since October. These costs are expected to impact the Russian market as existing inventory is depleted. Similar price adjustments for motherboards are projected to take effect in November.

Market conditions vary by product category. While Intel desktop processor prices have stabilized, AMD processors for the AM4 platform with integrated graphics remain in short supply. High demand for DDR4-compatible motherboards persists as customers seek to manage procurement budgets.

The server segment faces constraints on high-performance processors and GPUs. Availability of a specific accelerator does not guarantee immediate system assembly, as chassis, power, and cooling requirements must also be met. Offers for scarce components may remain valid for only a few days.

To mitigate risks, 3Logic Group advises corporate clients to prioritize early project planning and define potential hardware alternatives. Testing alternative GPU solutions and verifying software compatibility are recommended strategies to maintain project timelines and budget control.
