The Chinese Ministry of Industry and Information Technology has approved a new LFP battery version of the Zeekr 7X. The vehicle features a 370 kW rear-mounted motor, identified as model TZ230XYC04, which produces 496 hp. The battery for this configuration is produced by Zhejiang Jiyao Tongxing Energy Technology Co., Ltd.
The vehicle maintains a length of 4,825 mm and a wheelbase of 2,925 mm. The new model includes a factory-installed Event Data Recorder and offers various optional configurations, such as front four-piston brake callipers, dual-tone roofs, and roof racks. The car is certified as a five-seat model.
While previous reports indicated an 85 kWh battery capacity for the upcoming variant, the official regulatory filing does not specify the capacity, CLTC range, or energy consumption ratings. The new version is scheduled for release in Q4 2026.
The Zeekr 7X line has reached a global production milestone of 200 000 units. In July 2026, the model recorded 6 415 domestic retail registrations in China, representing an 87.1% increase compared to June 2026 and a 12.4% rise year on year.
