YooMoney has expanded its express card delivery service to Novosibirsk, partnering with the Samokat courier network. This service allows users to receive a physical Mir payment card in as little as 15 minutes. Novosibirsk joins a list of cities including Moscow, Saint Petersburg, Krasnodar, Perm, Yekaterinburg, and Chelyabinsk where this delivery option is already operational.
According to Natalia Razheva, head of card products at YooMoney, nearly one-third of all card shipments are now handled via the Samokat express channel. Customers can order the black Mir card through the YooMoney website or mobile application. The service is designed to meet immediate payment needs, allowing users to activate the card online and use it for offline or online transactions right away.
The cost for the card is 699 ₽, which covers issuance, delivery, and maintenance. Users can earn cashback in the form of points from YooMoney, capped at 3,000 points per month, as well as ruble-denominated cashback through the NSPK loyalty program. Irina Efimova, head of external partner relations at Samokat, noted that the collaboration highlights the growing demand for rapid logistics solutions beyond the e-grocery sector.
