Yandex Qazaqstan has officially reported technical disruptions affecting several of its services within Kazakhstan. Users are experiencing instability and intermittent access to various company products, according to the regional division's statement.
The company confirmed that its technical teams are currently working to resolve the issues and restore full functionality. Yandex Qazaqstan has not provided a specific reason for the service failures or confirmed a link to recent events in Russia.
These disruptions coincide with a series of drone attacks targeting Yandex data centers in Russia. Previous reports indicated a total shutdown of the Vladimir facility, infrastructure damage in Kaluga on October 9, and a fire at the Sasovo data center in the Ryazan region.
To mitigate the impact of these incidents on cloud infrastructure, Yandex has partnered with VK Cloud, Selectel, and K2Cloud. These providers are assisting with the accelerated migration of client data and services to maintain system availability.
