Yandex has implemented restrictions on several Yandex 360 features, specifically targeting its cloud storage service, Yandex Disk. The company stated that these measures are necessary to reduce server load and maintain core functionality following infrastructure damage.

The disruption follows drone attacks that impacted Yandex data centers located in Sasovo, Ryazan Oblast, as well as in Kaluga and Vladimir. These incidents caused a significant outage across the Russian internet segment, affecting the company's AI infrastructure.

Under the new limitations, users are unable to perform bulk file downloads via the web version of Yandex Disk. While individual file downloads remain possible through the application, some users have reported issues with opening files directly within the platform.

Yandex representatives confirmed that the technical team is actively working to restore full service availability. The company aims to prioritize essential operational scenarios while continuing to support file and folder downloads through its software clients.
