Russian technology company YADRO and IT service provider SberService have signed a memorandum of cooperation at the Digital Solutions forum. The partnership focuses on developing infrastructure solutions for corporate and banking sectors using Russian-made hardware.
The companies intend to create specific configurations based on YADRO servers, storage systems, and networking equipment. These solutions may incorporate system software, database management systems, and monitoring tools, with a focus on compatibility with existing client infrastructure.
YADRO will contribute its expertise in hardware design and manufacturing, while SberService will manage operations, monitoring, and technical support. The collaboration includes establishing a service model that covers post-warranty maintenance and a single-point-of-contact support system.
To implement these plans, the partners are forming a working group to develop market offerings. They also intend to conduct pilot projects, create demonstration materials, and engage in joint marketing activities to attract potential clients and partners.
