XPENG is expanding its retail and aftersales network in Malaysia by adding 10 new 3S and 4S centers by the end of 2026. These facilities will provide sales, service, spare parts, and body and paint repair services to support the company's local operations.
The company is preparing for the global launch of its new flagship SUV, the G9L, scheduled for October 12 at the Paris Motor Show. The vehicle is already available in the Chinese market and is planned for release in 64 global markets.
The G9L is available in both battery electric and range-extended electric vehicle versions. It measures 5,120 mm in length with a 3,100 mm wheelbase and is powered by the XPENG VLA 2.0 model and the Turing AI chip.
The SUV has undergone 192 crash tests across four major safety protocols, including Euro NCAP and ANCAP. Over three years, the model completed 6.74 million kilometers of road testing across 26 countries and regions.
