Xiaomi has opened pre-orders for the Mijia Desktop Learning Lamp Max, priced at ¥799. The device features a dual-reflection light control structure designed to minimize glare and direct light exposure. Its wide-area illumination covers a 1.6m by 0.6m desk surface with an average illuminance exceeding 950lx.
The lamp introduces a background compensation light design to reduce contrast within the field of view. It utilizes single-core multi-peak full-spectrum LED beads with a GFC coefficient greater than 0.985 and a color rendering index of 97. The lighting performance exceeds the AA-level standard for reading and writing lamps, with central area uniformity reaching 1.6.
Equipped with Xiaomi's eye protection technology, the lamp is rated RG0 for blue light safety and is flicker-free. It includes dual ambient light sensors to adjust brightness automatically and a 24GHz radar sensor for occupancy detection. Users can manage settings, including focus and sedentary reminders, via the Mijia app.
