Xiaomi is concluding the internal beta testing phase for HyperOS 4, with registration ending on October 14. The rollout of the stable version is scheduled to begin on October 15, following a phased distribution approach across multiple device generations.

The initial update wave includes the Xiaomi 17 series, Redmi K100 Pro, Redmi K90, and Xiaomi Pad 8 tablets. Subsequent releases are planned for November 15, covering the Xiaomi 15 and Redmi K80, followed by the Xiaomi 14 and Redmi K70 in December.

The new OS version introduces Super AI 2.0 and the proprietary MiMo language model, focusing on enhanced device connectivity and overall performance. Interface updates feature a dynamic soft glass effect for panels and flexible floating frames.

System kernel optimizations have improved operational efficiency. According to company data, the launch time for 30 applications after nine hours of continuous use decreased by 17.5 percent compared to HyperOS 3.

Further performance improvements include faster cold camera startup times. The company also reported that the average frame drop rate during extended scrolling of short-form video content has been reduced to 0.11 percent.
