Xiaomi has registered a new 5G smartphone, model number M786BC, which received 3C certification on October 12. Industry sources identify this device as the standard version of the Redmi K100.

The product lineup for the Redmi K100 series was previously outlined by Wei Siqi, General Manager of Xiaomi's China Marketing Department, during an event on August 11. The series includes the K100 Pro Max, K100 Pro, a standard model, and a gaming flagship.

Lu Weibing, President of Xiaomi Group, noted that many flagship devices this year will utilize previous-generation processors. Despite this, he stated that the Redmi K100 series is expected to be a highly competitive offering in the market.
