Xiaomi has officially unveiled the Watch S5 41mm smartwatch, which marks the debut of the HyperOS 4 operating system for wearables. The device is priced starting at ¥1299 and features a lightweight design weighing 36g with a thickness of 0.99cm.
The watch offers a battery life of up to 14 days and includes health tracking features such as menstrual cycle monitoring, calorie management, and UV intensity alerts. The hardware includes a ceramic bezel in the white version and a diamond-cut crown with 24 facets.
Integration features allow the watch to connect with Xiaomi vehicles for active notifications and smart door locks to display camera feeds. The updated WeChat app supports voice-to-text functionality, while the built-in Xiao Ai assistant handles voice commands and queries.
The device is available in three color options: ceramic white, sea salt blue, and mint green. The blue and green models come with soft fluoroelastomer straps, while the software interface supports interactive pet-themed watch faces that react to weather and stress levels.
