Xiaomi has officially launched the Mijia Robot Vacuum and Mop 7 Max, with pre-sales starting today. The device is available in two versions: a water tank model and a slim built-in water supply version. Customers who place an order receive an accessory kit valued at ¥448, with an additional ¥20 rebate available for reviews.

The vacuum features a 6 cm obstacle-crossing capability and a triple robotic arm design for edge cleaning. It is equipped with a 3D surface radar, allowing for a thinner body profile to access low spaces like under beds or cabinets. The device also includes a specialized robotic arm for cleaning corners and furniture edges.

The unit delivers a suction power of 45 000 Pa and includes a 50-degree Celsius hot water spray function for kitchen and bathroom cleaning. It achieves a 99.99 percent sterilization rate. During operation, the robot continuously scrapes and recycles dirty water to maintain a clean mop and prevent secondary contamination.

For intelligent navigation, the robot uses AI to identify over 320 types of objects and stains. This allows the system to avoid obstacles like wires and automatically adjust cleaning strategies based on the environment and the type of debris detected.
