Xiaomi has officially launched the Redmi K100 smartphone, featuring the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite processor. The device is built on a 3nm process and includes the Oryon architecture, alongside LPDDR5X Ultra and UFS4.1 memory standards. For gaming performance, the standard model integrates the D2 display chip to reduce power consumption.
The handset sports a 6.83-inch 1.5K flat display with a 165Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 3500 nits. It supports Xiaomi Qingshan Eye Protection 4.0 and is optimized for over 40 games at 165 frames per second. The design includes a 1.3mm metal frame and is available in black, white, and green color options.
Powering the device is a 10000mAh Jinshajiang battery, which Xiaomi claims provides up to 2.43 days of usage. The phone supports 100W wired charging, 27W reverse wired charging, and bypass charging. Additional hardware features include a 50-megapixel main camera and a 3D ultrasonic fingerprint sensor.
The Redmi K100 runs on the Xiaomi HyperOS 4, which introduces a redesigned desktop and the new Super XiaoAi 2.0 assistant. The system is optimized for faster application startup and reduced power consumption through streamlined operational commands.
