The new electric drive axle is designed with a coaxial layout, ensuring compact and efficient placement. This structure allows for flexible adaptation to various suspension systems, including leaf springs and coil springs, making it compatible with different vehicle platforms.
The system features a dual-gear mechanism combining a planetary gear set and a synchronizer. This design allows the vehicle to achieve high torque at low speeds and improved transmission efficiency at high speeds, balancing power and energy performance.
The axle delivers a peak wheel-end torque of 6,000 N·m. Combined with reduction ratios of 27.322 and 9.297, the technology enhances the vehicle's ability to climb and escape from difficult off-road terrain.
