Wildberries is developing a dedicated platform for government procurement, titled Digital Procurement Platform, following a directive from President Vladimir Putin issued at the 2026 Eastern Economic Forum. The project is being implemented under the provisions of Federal Law No. 278-FZ.
The platform is designed exclusively for educational institutions, including kindergartens, schools, and colleges. It will offer a range of goods recommended by the Ministry of Education, such as office supplies, household items, and technical equipment.
The company has set a maximum limit of 5 ₽ million for a single procurement transaction. While the launch date remains undisclosed, the service will initially be available only to a select test group of sellers before expanding to all eligible partners.
Only legal entities and individual entrepreneurs who have passed accreditation will be permitted to sell on the platform. Participants will manage their offerings through the existing WB Partners personal account, with no fees charged for platform connection.
