Wildberries, part of the RWB group, is launching a digital procurement platform (DPP) in test mode. The initiative follows a presidential directive issued at the 2026 Eastern Economic Forum and complies with Federal Law No. 278-FZ, which took effect on October 1, 2026.

The platform enables state educational institutions, including schools, kindergartens, and colleges, to purchase goods such as stationery, equipment, and household items. The maximum value for a single transaction is set at 5 million rubles.

Educational organizations can utilize the marketplace's existing logistics infrastructure for deliveries. The system is designed to digitize the procurement process, allowing users to select items from available stock based on real-time inventory data provided by sellers.

Currently, the platform is available to a test group of sellers. Plans are in place to open registration to all eligible partners nationwide following the testing phase. Sellers can access the service directly through their WB Partners account at no additional cost.

To participate, vendors must be registered in the Unified Register of Procurement Participants within the Unified Information System. The platform matches buyer requirements with pre-submitted seller offers, maintaining standard procurement compliance while utilizing e-commerce workflows.
