Wildberries has launched a new section called WB Services, currently in the testing phase. The service is integrated into the WB Resale platform, accessible via the company's website and mobile application. While currently limited to a subset of users, the company plans to roll out the feature to all customers in Russia in the near future.
The initial launch focuses on home and apartment renovation services. Users can browse specialists across 14 categories, including plumbing, electrical work, furniture assembly, and full-scale renovation projects. The company intends to expand this list of service categories over time.
Each service listing includes photos, a description, starting prices, and provider details. Clients and contractors communicate via an integrated chat to negotiate project scope, timelines, and final costs. Payments for these offline services are handled directly between the parties involved.
The platform currently allows WB Resale sellers and select new users to post listings at no cost. The WB Resale division itself was established in the summer of 2025, and as of February 2026, it permits the listing of goods regardless of their original point of purchase.
