Wildberries has officially launched its Click&Collect service, allowing customers to pick up orders directly from partner retail stores. This model is now available to all users following a successful testing phase.

The service currently involves several thousand partners across Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Armenia, Uzbekistan, and Kyrgyzstan. Over the past year, the turnover of goods processed through this self-pickup model has increased nearly threefold.

The company has introduced new management features for large retail chains, enabling them to integrate thousands of regional locations through a single dashboard. The WinLab network is the first major partner to scale its operations using these tools.

WinLab plans to connect its entire network of more than 2,200 stores across Russia to the Wildberries platform. This integration allows the retailer to leverage its existing physical infrastructure as an additional sales channel.

Customers can select a pickup point on the Wildberries map, where they can also view store operating hours and order storage terms. Sellers are responsible for preparing the items for collection at their respective locations.
