Wildberries, part of the RWB group, has launched a new section called WB Services for private specialists. The platform is currently in a testing phase, accessible to a subset of users via the WB Resale section on the website and mobile app, with a full rollout across Russia planned for the near future.
The initial testing phase focuses on home and apartment renovation services, covering 14 categories such as plumbing, electrical work, furniture assembly, and window installation. The company intends to expand these categories soon. Users can view specialist profiles, photos, and initial pricing, then coordinate details directly via chat.
Payments for services are handled directly between the user and the specialist outside the platform. During the launch period, specialists can post listings for free. Both existing WB Resale sellers and new users can participate by providing a description, photos, city, and initial price for their services.
The WB Resale service launched in summer 2025, initially focusing on reselling items previously bought on the marketplace. By February 2026, the platform allowed users to list almost any product. Currently, the service hosts over 2 million active listings, with more than 100,000 new users joining each month.
