The Wey Gaoshan 8/9 Smart Edition models are scheduled for official launch on September 23. Customers who place pre-orders can benefit from a promotion where a deposit of ¥5,000 is deducted from the final purchase price by ¥8,000.
The vehicles maintain dimensions of 5410/1960/1890 mm with a 3275 mm wheelbase. The Gaoshan 9 features a 29.6-inch integrated smart screen, CoffeeOS 4, a Qualcomm 8797 chip, and dual zero-gravity rotating seats. It is equipped with the CoffeePilot 4 system, an Nvidia Thor-U chip, and dual LiDAR sensors.
The Gaoshan 8 PHEV variant includes a 1.5T four-cylinder engine and dual motors, delivering a system power of 357 kW and 644 Nm of torque. It features a 53.9 kWh battery, providing a CLTC electric range of 270 km and a total range of 1,199 km.
The Gaoshan 9 PHEV utilizes a 2.0T engine and dual motors with a total power of 458 hp and 644 Nm of torque. It also houses a 53.9 kWh battery, offering a CLTC electric range of 265 km and a total range of 1,166 km. Both models feature an all-aluminum suspension system.
