WB Taxi has launched early access for users in Yerevan, Armenia. Initially, the service is available to Wildberries employees and partners, with a broader rollout planned for the coming weeks. Interested users can join a waitlist via the mobile app available on Google Play and the App Store.
The service offers three fare categories: Standard, Comfort, and Multi, the latter of which searches across multiple tiers simultaneously to reduce wait times. Drivers are offered reduced commission rates, consistent payouts, and potential bonuses based on performance criteria.
Armenia marks the fourth market for the service, which is already operational in Belarus, Uzbekistan, and Kyrgyzstan. Anatoly Smorgonsky, Director of Taxi and Transport Technology Development at RWB, stated that the company intends to continue expanding its geographic footprint.
A loyalty program is integrated into the platform, allowing users to earn points for card payments. New users receive 1500 bonus points upon registration, which can be redeemed for future rides. The company is currently collecting user feedback to optimize application stability.
