Waymo is expanding its autonomous ride-hailing service to Las Vegas, following a recent launch in Nashville, Tennessee. The company currently operates in several US cities, including Denver and San Diego.

The service in Las Vegas utilizes the Waymo Ojai vehicle, manufactured by Zeekr. These cars accommodate up to four passengers and provide transport to local landmarks such as casinos, the Sphere, and Allegiant Stadium.

Operations in Las Vegas are expected to face initial restrictions, including geofencing and limitations on highway access. However, the local municipal government supports the deployment, which may facilitate future service expansion.
