Swedish micromobility startup Voi has secured a €150 million revolving credit facility from Danske Bank, Swedbank, and DNB Sweden. The company plans to use these funds to redeem its outstanding bonds, refinance existing credit lines, and expand its fleet of electric scooters and e-bikes.
The financial move follows strong performance in the second quarter of 2026, where Voi reported a 47% year-on-year revenue increase to €68.8 million. The company's trailing twelve-month revenue exceeded €200 million, while adjusted EBITDA reached €19.7 million with a 28.6% margin.
Voi has issued a conditional notice for the early redemption of bonds issued in October 2024. Bondholders are set to receive 103.375% of the nominal value plus accrued interest, with the transaction expected to close on October 19, 2026. The bonds will subsequently be delisted from Nasdaq Stockholm.
Founded in 2018, Voi operates over 200 000 vehicles in more than 130 cities across 13 countries. The company has raised over €500 million across 14 funding rounds since its inception, including a Series D round in 2021 that granted it unicorn status.
