VK has exited the ticketing platform Intickets by selling its 40% stake to the company's majority owner, Tatyana Kondratenko. The buyer acquired the stake through her entity, OOO Tim, which was established in August 2026.
The internet holding initially purchased the 40% share in 2024 for 472 ₽ million. The total value of the deal, including additional payments, could have reached 721 ₽ million. VK stated that the asset was sold at a profit.
Intickets was founded in 2015 and reported a revenue of 898 ₽ million with a net profit of 225 ₽ million for 2025. The platform was previously used by VK to support the Pushkinskaya Karta cultural program.
The sale follows the cancellation of a Kanye West concert in St. Petersburg, for which Intickets handled ticket sales. While the platform initiated refunds, it faced lawsuits from ticket buyers following the event's cancellation.
