Vivo has opened recruitment for beta testers for the new OriginOS 7. The company is looking for 3,000 participants per supported device model.
The recruitment is split into two groups: 500 users will have Log enabled by default, while 2,500 users will participate without Log enabled.
The company warned that the beta version is still under development and may contain bugs, abnormal battery consumption, and third-party compatibility issues.
Users are advised to back up their data before updating, although the update process itself will not delete existing data.
To apply, users must have specific firmware versions installed on their devices, such as version 16.0.22.11.W10.V000L1 or higher for the X300 Ultra, and version 16.0.30.3.W10.V000L1 or higher for the X300 Pro.
