Vivo is currently developing a new smartphone model featuring a 7-inch display and a battery with a capacity of approximately 10,000 mAh. According to industry reports, this device is positioned for the mid-range market segment rather than the flagship lineup.

Industry analysts note that several major manufacturers are exploring 7-inch screen configurations. These upcoming devices are expected to feature various display types, including flat and quad-curved screens, alongside advanced hardware components such as periscope telephoto lenses.

Market leaks suggest that other brands are also preparing similar hardware. One manufacturer is testing a mid-range device with a 7-inch flat screen, a MediaTek Dimensity 8-series processor, and a battery exceeding 10,000 mAh. Another performance-focused model, potentially from Redmi, may feature a 7-inch 2K flat display and a Dimensity 9-series chip, with a tentative release scheduled for January.

Currently, flagship devices like the Xiaomi 17 Ultra, Huawei Mate 80 Pro Max, and Apple iPhone 17 Pro Max utilize 6.9-inch screens. The industry trend indicates a shift toward larger displays, with multiple new models expected to enter the market over the next two years.
