Virtuals Protocol has launched Overcall, a decentralized platform for skill-based markets, on the Robinhood Chain. The project introduced its native utility token, OVER, which has a fixed total supply of 1 billion tokens. The token was minted via the Virtuals launchpad, and its contract address is 0x6245Db7f52379bD9757c9DdcE6519768FfaB3a4F.

The platform allows users to trade on price movements and outcomes using a non-custodial model. Settlement is managed automatically through Chainlink Data Streams, eliminating the need for centralized intermediaries. Funds are held in a shared onchain vault, and the project documentation states that the smart contracts contain no backdoors.

While the Token Generation Event for OVER has taken place and the token is currently tradable, the Overcall platform is undergoing a phased rollout. A private testnet is active on the Robinhood Chain, with plans to follow up with a public testnet and a full mainnet deployment. Future roadmap items include security audits and the introduction of staking mechanics.

The choice of Robinhood Chain follows its launch in July 2026. The network has since recorded significant transaction volumes and hosts thousands of agents. This expansion marks a new direction for Virtuals Protocol, which previously focused on the creation and trading of AI agent tokens.
