VAS Experts has introduced a strategy for broadband providers in Kazakhstan to launch mobile services using existing infrastructure. This approach aims to minimize capital expenditures by enabling fixed-line operators to transition to a Full MVNO model without building a mobile network from scratch.
The market in Kazakhstan shows steady growth, with 3.3 million broadband subscribers and 27.4 million mobile users recorded by the end of 2025. According to executive director Artem Tereshchenko, convergence allows operators to offer bundled tariffs, which helps increase ARPU and reduce subscriber churn rates.
The company leverages its Skat analytical platform to manage this transition. The software enables deep traffic analysis, bandwidth optimization, and the seamless integration of fixed and mobile network segments, serving as the technical foundation for the new business model.
