Avito Auto reports a 74.8% year-on-year increase in demand for used electric vehicles and hybrids during the summer of 2026. The average price for these vehicles reached 3.9 ₽ million. Over the first eight months of the year, demand in this segment grew by 46.8%.
GAC led the brand growth with a 216.3% rise in demand, followed by Changan, BYD, Tesla, and Volkswagen. Toyota bZ3X and Nissan Leaf saw the highest model-specific growth, increasing by approximately 2.7 times. Other leaders included Tesla Model 3, Voyah Dream, and Tesla Model S.
Toyota Camry and Nissan Leaf emerged as the most popular models. The top 10 list also features Voyah Free, Li Auto L7, Li Auto L9, Toyota Prius, Qiyuan Q05, Toyota bZ3X, Tesla Model 3, and Geely Galaxy Starship 7. Toyota Prius currently holds the largest share of supply on the platform at 6.5%.
Some models experienced price drops over the summer, including BYD Seagull, which fell by 12.5% to 1.5 ₽ million, and Honda Civic, down 11.7% to 573 ₽ thousand. Regional demand spiked significantly in the Southern, Volga, and Northwestern Federal Districts, with Kaluga Oblast recording the highest growth at 181.1%.
