A US federal judge in Texas, Mark Pittman, has denied a motion filed by OpenAI. The ruling confirms that Apple is not required to disclose the details of its confidential antitrust settlement with SpaceXAI.
The court conducted a private review of the settlement agreement. Judge Pittman concluded that the document does not contain information relevant to the ongoing legal dispute between SpaceXAI and OpenAI.
The decision follows previous legal actions where X and SpaceXAI withdrew antitrust claims against Apple while continuing their litigation against OpenAI. The court found no grounds to override the confidentiality of the Apple agreement.
