The Uniwork platform, founded by NSU graduate Lev Lobov, connects over 10,000 young professionals from 92 universities across 38 cities. The service integrates universities as official career partners into the traditional job seeker-employer model, providing students with access to verified internships and professional vacancies.

Originating from the NSUJobs startup launched in January 2024, the project scaled to a national level by the end of 2025. During its initial phase at Novosibirsk State University, the platform engaged over 60% of the student body, attracted 110 employers, and facilitated the placement of nearly 500 students in their fields of study.

The platform is designed to handle up to 5 million users and utilizes recommendation algorithms for personalized job feeds. While AI is used for specific data classification tasks, the core focus remains on direct interaction between students, universities, and companies through career centers.

Employers such as Sberbank, Alfa-Bank, Beeline, CFT, Kept, B1, ITMS, and DRT currently use the service. Uniwork provides companies with direct access to a targeted audience and tools for HR brand promotion, while universities receive analytical dashboards regarding employment statistics and salary trends.
