Unirest, the operator of the Rostic’s brand, has completed a project to centralize its compliance processes. The company manages a network of over 1,350 restaurants across 74 Russian regions. Previously, the geographically distributed structure and reliance on manual processes created operational risks and hindered supply chain analysis.
The company implemented the BI.Zone GRC platform to digitize contractor data and automate risk assessment for 15 IT service providers. This transition replaced fragmented tools with a unified management standard. According to the company, the project significantly reduced the workload for the internal team and improved the quality of compliance monitoring.
The transformation included the centralization of partner data into a single system with standardized assessment templates. The new setup features automated calculation of compliance metrics, workflows for change approval, and tracking of violation remediation. Additionally, the system provides notification tools and reporting capabilities for management decision-making.
