UK authorities have frozen a London penthouse valued at £9 million ($12 million) linked to Thet Li, the alleged finance chief of the Prince Group. The freeze, implemented in March 2026, prohibits Li from selling, renting, or profiting from the property. On October 12, 2026, the UK also froze a London mansion worth approximately ¥170 million ($24 million) and luxury watches associated with him.

The US Department of Justice is seeking to seize 127,271 Bitcoin, valued at roughly $15 billion, which are allegedly tied to the group's operations. This represents the largest Bitcoin forfeiture in US history. The Prince Group, led by founder Chen Zhi, is accused of operating large-scale cyber fraud schemes from Cambodia, including romance and investment scams.

International efforts to curb the group's activities include sanctions and asset freezes. In October 2025, the US sanctioned both Thet Li and Chen Zhi, labeling the Prince Group a transnational criminal organization. Additionally, in May 2026, a court in Hong Kong imposed restrictions on assets connected to the pair, freezing approximately HKD 8.9 billion.
