The Ujin OS platform will be deployed across two residential complexes developed by Group META in Novosibirsk. The project covers the Pulsar business-class building in Akademgorodok and the Bazilik family quarter in Krasnoobsk, totaling over 20,000 square meters of residential space.

Residents will gain access to digital services including remote intercom management, guest code generation, and Bluetooth-based contactless door entry. These features are integrated through a mobile application developed by Dispatcher24, which serves as a unified interface for property management communication.

The integration enables the service company Mir.Novosibirsk to monitor site events, configure access schedules, and manage entry points centrally. The system automates data exchange, including video feeds and access logs, which aims to reduce manual labor and operational costs for management firms.

Svetlana Perminova, CEO of Unicorn, the company behind Ujin, stated that the project focuses on streamlining engineering systems to improve maintenance efficiency. The platform aims to provide a seamless security environment that meets the current demands of modern residential real estate buyers.
