The TSTN company has launched a nationwide marketplace for construction and renovation services at pro.tstn.ru. The platform allows users to post job requests and contractors to list their services free of charge. Currently, the service features 165 verified contractors, ranging from full-service design firms to specialized teams focused on roofing and foundation work.
The development of the platform required an investment of 5 ₽ million, utilizing the company's existing internal tools as a foundation. To date, the first 10 construction and renovation projects have been successfully completed through the marketplace. The system automatically verifies contractors against specific criteria, including a minimum of two years in business and active cooperation with TSTN.
TSTN plans to expand the platform's functionality to include equipment rental, educational resources, and CRM tools for accounting and reporting. CEO Anatoly Nesterov stated that the company also intends to use the platform to provide practical training opportunities for students from colleges and universities.
Contractors must meet strict requirements to be listed, such as having a valid construction-related business classification code and no history of bankruptcy. Every time a contractor responds to a request, the system triggers a moderation process to ensure all compliance standards remain met.
