TrizTech has completed the initial phase of deploying the PT NGFW next-generation firewall within the infrastructure of the investment firm Interros. The project involved migrating the segment responsible for processing personal data from a previous Russian solution to the new platform.
The implementation was carried out in parallel with existing systems to ensure continuity. The platform was tested using live production traffic, confirming that performance metrics aligned with initial project calculations without impacting system availability or speed.
In the second phase, the solution acts as the primary perimeter for network security, filtering incoming traffic before it reaches other security tools. The setup utilizes fault-tolerant clusters designed to handle future load increases and supports thousands of granular rules.
The PT NGFW system is integrated with the MaxPatrol SIEM platform, allowing security events to be normalized and monitored within the broader infrastructure. Additionally, the solution connects to a centralized management platform to facilitate multi-vendor equipment operations during the migration.
