Transneftenergo has migrated over 12,000 electrochemical protection devices for oil pipelines to a remote digital monitoring system. The implementation of the Equipment Health service has resulted in annual savings exceeding 1 ₽ billion. The system currently covers 85% of the company's protection units, which prevent corrosion in diverse environments ranging from permafrost to wetlands.

The platform, integrated into the Transfera digital environment, provides real-time data on equipment performance. It alerts staff to deviations from standard parameters or data interruptions, allowing for remote diagnostics. This shift has reduced the frequency of routine site visits to a maximum of two per year, with over 450 employees currently utilizing the system to manage operations.

The monitoring software is capable of identifying 13 distinct types of incidents, which helps minimize unscheduled maintenance. According to CEO Sergey Emelyanov, the company plans to scale the project further. By 2027, Transneftenergo aims to bring 98% of all electrochemical protection devices under the remote digital monitoring framework.
