Transacta, a Swiss-licensed provider, has launched Private Office, a full-cycle service for high-net-worth individuals seeking to purchase luxury assets like real estate, yachts, or private jets using cryptocurrency. The service aims to streamline complex transactions by managing liquidity, legal documentation, and banking compliance.

The company, founded in 2018 as Transcrypt, previously focused on B2B solutions, enabling luxury retailers, art dealers, and brokers to accept crypto payments while receiving fiat. A notable partner is LunaJets, which has utilized Transacta’s infrastructure for several years to process payments for private charter flights.

Private Office addresses common hurdles in crypto-to-fiat transactions, such as bank compliance, proof of funds, and the lack of coordination between intermediaries. Clients are assigned a personal manager to oversee the entire process, from the initial meeting to the final settlement.

The service also offers fiat liquidity options secured by digital assets, allowing clients to fund purchases without liquidating their crypto holdings. Loan-to-value ratios and terms are determined individually, with the company managing risks associated with market volatility and international cross-border transfers.
