System integrator Traektoriya Tekhnologiy has completed the deployment of a multimedia infrastructure for the new conference hall at the Stroytransneftegaz headquarters in Novosibirsk. The facility is designed to support daily meetings, negotiations, and video conferencing with remote construction sites and external partners.
The conference system is configured for 21 participants and supports both wired and wireless content sharing. The setup includes a dedicated operator room for real-time control of audio and video systems, though it also supports fully automated operation scenarios for meetings without constant staff presence.
The project involved integrating new hardware with the client's existing video conferencing solutions to maintain compatibility across various software platforms. Traektoriya Tekhnologiy managed the entire scope of work, including equipment supply, installation, integration, and final commissioning.
The technical team was involved during the architectural design phase, which allowed for the seamless integration of IT components into the room's design with minimal visible cabling. The conference hall has now been officially commissioned for industrial use.
