Tochka Bank has updated its electronic document management service, allowing business owners to issue machine-readable powers of attorney (MCHD) to staff. This feature enables entrepreneurs to delegate signing authority to employees, such as accountants or deputies, while maintaining control over specific access rights and permissions.

The system allows owners to select specific employees and configure their signing capabilities. For standard roles like accountants, the service provides pre-defined sets of permissions. Each MCHD is issued to a single employee, and the document can be utilized in third-party electronic document management platforms that support this functionality.

This update follows regulatory changes effective February 1, 2026, which refined the requirements for MCHD issuance. The new standards clarify details regarding organizations and delegated powers, while removing the requirement to include passport data in the documents.

The functionality is designed for businesses that rely on internal or external staff to manage primary documentation. By delegating signing tasks, entrepreneurs can focus on financial management while ensuring that employees have only the specific permissions necessary for their operational duties.
