The Chinese-made firefighting robot dog, known as Fire Wolf Tianlang, has successfully completed its first field training exercise. Developed by Wuba Intelligent, the Q25 model was tested in a simulated tunnel fire scenario, which is considered a high-risk environment due to extreme temperatures, poor visibility, and toxic gases.

Equipped with specialized heat-resistant gear, the robot is capable of operating in temperatures reaching 500 degrees Celsius for up to 2 minutes. During the exercise, the machine navigated the simulated fire zone to perform critical tasks, including locating fire sources, detecting hazardous gases, and searching for trapped individuals.

The deployment of the Tianlang Q25 is intended to assist emergency responders by acting as a scout in dangerous zones. By entering high-risk areas first, the robot can transmit real-time data from the scene, providing essential information for rescue teams to make informed decisions without putting personnel at immediate risk.
